West Des Moines IA Retired Social Worker, Children & Families of Iowa Married 1 Larry One son, Nathan, 2005 graduate of the University of Iowa in Computer Science Alverno College, Milwaukee; BA, University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire Looking forward to it!
I retired from Children & Families of Iowa 6 years ago and have been enjoying this new chapter of my life.  I'm active in our Methodist Church and on a few community boards. We have three lovely grandchildren, Isaac (7), Cora (2-1/2) and Samuel (1). Our son and wife live in Iowa City, IA. My Husband Larry is retired, too, so we enjoy motorcycling, traveling, and spending time at our cabin near the Missouri border - 80 acres of trails and quiet serenity.  My mother, Cora, passed away this June 22 so it's an end of an era. I will miss going to Wausau - what a beautiful city it has become. But hope to always keep in touch with my dear Newman friends.  We were all so fortunate to grow up during the 50's and 60's and have such a great place to live.

We'd love to have you stop and visit if you're ever in the Des Moines area!
